Terms of service

Ordering procedures:
All orders are subject to an order minimum of $400.00 per order.

Order Confirmation:
When order has been received, customer will receive a confirmation that the order has been received and being processed. Customer is required to make payment before order will ship. Orders CAN NOT be canceled after they have shipped. Once item has shipped you will receive another email with tracking number.

Payments:
Payments are required before order ships. Acceptable forms of payment include; PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Wire Transfer or check. If payment is being made by bank wire transfer or check, please coordinate payment method with Gemstone Yoni representative. Orders paid by check will not ship until payment has cleared bank.

Shipping:
We will ship order 2-4 days after order has been received M-F. If an order has been placed on Saturday or Sunday, the order will ship within 2-4 days of the next business day. Orders placed on a holiday will ship 2-4 days on the next regular business day. We use USPS Priority Mail for all shipping. Priority Mail depending on where the customer is located in the US can take 1-3 business days. For customers outside of the US, shipping time can be 7-21 business days. These specified time frames are only an estimate; sometimes there can be longer time frames or delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances. If another shipping method is needed please make request and get approval before order has been placed.

Returns/Exchanges:
Returns/Exchanges are ONLY granted due to damage. Damaged items must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Customer must provide Gemstone Yoni LLC picture of damage. Once replacement has been approved we will send replacement to customer. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons listed below in product disclaimer. Item must have actual damage. Due to the nature of our products, returns will not be accepted for any other reason than damage.

Product Disclaimer:
Due to the nature of natural gemstones, each yoni egg will be different in color and patterns; you will not receive the product pictured, please refer to the group pic for a general idea on what the variations are in gemstones. . Occasionally yoni eggs may have natural external imperfections called inclusions; these ever so tiny surface nicks may be present on some yoni eggs like amethyst. Please remember that these are natural gemstones, not man-made materials like plastic or silicone, are made by hand with no enhancements or alterations. Because of this, there may be ever so tiny imperfections which is perfectly normal and to be expected on some stones.

Please review our sizes before purchasing. Our sizes vary from other sellers. Returns, exchanges or refunds will not be granted due to sizing.

Backorders:
Gemstone Yoni LLC, will keep their inventory updated as accurate as possible, inventory will be listed on the distributors page / PDF price sheet. At times, items can or will be on back order. In that event, customer will be notified when order is placed. We will try to give customer the most accurate date for new stock.

Price Changes:
We reserve the right to make price adjustments as we see fits the need of Gemstone Yoni LLC. All price adjustments will be posted on our wholesale website and will have a date that they take effect.

Products:
Distributor or Drop-Ship customers will only have the option of Gemstone Yoni LLC pre-packaged resale products.
Wholesale customers may purchase loose items for private label resale purposes.

Images:
Distributor or drop-ship customers will be provided with images they may use for product resale purposes. Use of any of our images must be approved prior to use. Customer may take their own images and use them at their discretion.
Wholesale private label customers are prohibited from use of any Gemstone Yoni LLC’s images. If there is a request to use an image, approval must be granted before use.

Content:
Use of Gemstone Yoni LLC’s content; product descriptions and/or any other verbiage / text on our website or social media outlets is strictly prohibited. Customers must write their own product descriptions, text, marketing material, verbiage etc.

Inventory and Stock:
Inventory, stones, products and stock may vary from time to time. Gemstone Yoni LLC does not guarantee the same products or stones will always be available. The most current stock will be posted on the wholesale website.

Gemstone Yoni LLC strictly enforces our wholesale / distributor policies. Any violation of our policies will have their account terminated immediately. We reserve the right to modify, adjust or make changes to this agreement when we see needed.
